Welcome to the Make a Payment Page! There are two ways to pay Cesar S. Gerardo Insurance Brokers, Inc.:

1. Pay via Check By Fax

Please PRINT our Check By Fax form, fill it out, sign it, and fax it to 650-342-4271 or email the completed form to us at csg@gerardoinsurance.com. Payment can take 24-48 hours to process. A receipt will be emailed to you, for your files.

2. Pay via Credit Card

Please PRINT our Credit Card Authorization form, fill it out, sign it, and fax it to 650-342-4271 or email the completed form to us at csg@gerardoinsurance.com. Payment can take 24-48 hours to process. A receipt will be emailed to you, for your files. Please note that there is a 4% convenience fee that is charged to your card.
